If you like our products, please support us and buy them, we are a small company and cannot afford to give away free things to everyone. We will gladly put up pictures of your band wearing our stuff, and help announce any shows or events you need. We love to cross-promote, just don't harass us for free stuff! Thanks.

SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
We ship our products from Cherry Sauce HQ in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Please take this into consideration before asking why it takes longer to ship than you may be used to. Shipping from Canada to the United States and internationally takes additional time due to border crossing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You may return unworn and unwashed apparel. Trying on an item does not count as being worn. Returns must be submitted within seven days from when you receive your order. You are responsible for paying for any shipping.
Once your package is received and the item is confirmed as returnable, a refund to your Paypal account will be issued in the amount of the item plus any sales tax you may have paid. You will not be refunded for shipping and handling.

Do you accept orders outside of the US and Canada?
Yes, we ship internationally!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are normally shipped out on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once the order has been shipped, approximate shipping times are as follows (according to Canada Post):
Canadian Regular Parcel: 2 - 9 business days.
United States Regular Parcel: 6 - 21 business days on average.
International Small Parcel Air: 6 - 21 business days on average (Australia, NZ, and similarly distanced countries may take a bit longer).
**These shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely vary a little bit depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to s secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
STOCK
When will you be getting more "product name" in??
There is no real easy way to answer this, if a product is wildly popular (eg. zombie kingdom) then we will re-order as soon as it sells out. For products that don't sell that well, where it takes a long time to sell most of them, even if we are out of some sizes, there is a good chance we will not be re-printing that product.
If you would really like to see a certain product come back, we have polls and questions on facebook all the time, participate and comment to increase the chance of certain items to be re-printed.
Do you have "product name" on a different color? On a hoodie?
Sorry we do not! Whatever you see on the store is what we have! If you think you have a good idea for something we should print on, please leave a comment on our facebook page!
